OFFICIAL RULES
CRITERIA:
The Boss Girl Global Travel Scholarship Program is open to all students who meet the following criteria:

is in the 9th - 12th grade

completes an online application (apply below)

passport required to travel
DEADLINE & WINNER SELECTION:
The deadline for submission is February 15, 2026.
The winner or winners will be notified by email and shown Live on Instagram @bossgirlorg on April 15, 2026, at 8:00 PM EST. The winner has (3) calendar days from the date of announcement to claim the prize or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE
A full or partial scholarship will be issued for the BG: 2026 Tour the Capitals trip. A full scholarship includes entry to all scheduled events, hotel accommodations, a roundtrip flight to/from Atlanta, dinner, and transportation, taxes, tips, and gratuities.


Fundraising Assistance Available:
Students may request participation in our fundraising portal. This portal will provide each student with their personal fundraising page that can be shared with friends, family, co-workers, community, and anyone else who would be happy to support their mission.
IMPORTANT:
Students may participate in the fundraising program AND apply for a scholarship. If a student who has fundraised wins a scholarship, the amount of the scholarship equal to the amount raised would be forfeited.
Please include an image (to be added to the portal for your donors to see), student's name, and grade.
Payment Due Dates
$1,100 due by 8/31/2025
$1,100 due by 11/30/2025
$1,100 due by 2/28/2026
$1,100 due by 5/15/2026
All payments must be in by 5/15/26. Due to deposits made, No refunds after 2/15/26. Cancellations can be transferred to another traveler.
Payments can include funds raised or scholarship winning.
