Xara Dior Kemp is an audacious young lady whose mantra is to "dream BIGGER." At the age of 11 (2020), Xara learned that the United States held over 600 billionaires with only 13% being women (2 of them black women). Xara turned to her mother challenging this fact and wanting to impact the narrative. "Why don't we start a company helping girls to dream BIGGER so that they can become the best at whatever they want to be and learn how to use their voice as their power", says Xara. Then birthed Boss Girl Inc.

A straight "A" student, Officer of the DECA Club, member of the National Honors Society and Beta Club, author of "Girls are Boss Too", and community activist, Xara is learning the art of leadership.
