OUR FOUNDER & JR. EXECUTIVE
XARA D. KEMP
Xara D. Kemp is a young audacious girl whose mantra is to "dream BIGGER." After some casual research online, Xara learned that the United States hold over 600 billionaires however only 13% are women and only two are black women. Xara turned to her mother challenging this fact and wanting to do something. "Why don't we start a company helping girls to dream BIGGER so that they can become the best at whatever they want to be", says Xara. Then birthed Boss Girl Inc.
A straight "A" student, President of the DECA Club, member of the Jr. National Honors Society and Beta Club, Xara is learning quickly the first challenges of leadership.
Truly determined to build a sisterhood that supports, encourage, and challenge one another, Xara is proud to to get as many girls to Turn a Girl into a Boss.
